What We Do
MIAP delivers inspector training and CPD, maintains professional standards and a code of ethics, supports legislative advocacy, and hosts a directory to help the public find certified inspectors.
Professional Standards
Members of the Master Inspector Association of the Philippines are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in the building inspection industry.
Association members agree to:
• Follow the Master Inspector Code of Ethics
• Conduct inspections with honesty and independence
• Provide clear and accurate reporting to clients
• Maintain appropriate professional standards and insurance where applicable
• Continue professional development and industry learning
These standards help protect property buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals, while supporting the reputation of professional inspectors.
